Strategy calls and hourly work are paid upfront. You'll get a detailed invoice with clear payment instructions.
Invoices arrive by email and in your secure client portal. Click "Pay Invoice" to pay by credit card or bank transfer through Stripe. Your payment details are never stored on my servers; Stripe processes them directly.
Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe, the same processor used by Amazon, Target and Shopify. Your card information is never stored on my servers. Stripe is PCI Level 1 certified, the highest security standard.
Timelines depend on scope and how quickly feedback comes back:
