What’s your typical response time?
I reply to every message within 24 hours, usually much sooner. Urgent questions get priority during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern.
What is a discovery call?
A free 15-minute call where we talk about your project, your goals and whether we’re a good fit. No pressure, no pitch.
What should I include in my message?
Your project type (website, branding, flyers, systems), your timeline, a budget range and any goals or challenges. The more you share, the better I can help.
What’s your availability like?
I take on 4 website projects a month so every client gets my full attention. Reach out and I’ll tell you the next open start date.
Do you work with clients outside Georgia?
Absolutely. I’m based in the Augusta, GA area and work with clients nationwide. Everything can be done remotely.
What if I’m not sure what I need yet?
That’s perfectly fine. Many clients start with a general idea. We’ll figure out the right fit together on a discovery call.
