Project Management & Coordination: I directed every project phase, ensuring smooth operations and on-time completion while adhering to established quality standards.
Business Planning: I played a vital role in the foundational business planning, laying the groundwork for the company’s successful launch and operations.
Regulation Compliance: I took responsibility for taking the necessary steps to prepare the building for health and fire inspections, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Commercial Kitchen Build-Out: I supervised the construction of a commercial kitchen, ensuring all elements met industry standards and facilitated efficient food service.
Custom Carpentry: I coordinated the crafting of custom bar, shelves, and wall tables, infusing local charm while providing functional space for service and product display.
